As long as your status is not yet on the status of “Your Order Is Ready to Ship” then we can coordinate with the seller to refund your money.

We will refund 100% of your money, if the status of your order still shows “Order Received”, or “Your Order Is Being Prepared” and the product has not been delivered to your address.

If your order status has indicated “Your Order Is Ready to Ship”, “Your Order Has Been Shipped” or “Your Order Has Been Sent”, do not worry because we still receive the cancellation of your order but will return it in the form of store credit up to a period of not more than 30 days from the time your product received.

Return Policy does not apply to all products sent by suppliers or Marketplace products, for more details you can ask our Customer Service team.

If the product has been received and you change your mind within 30 days after the product is received, you can submit an order cancellation request by calling our WA number at +(62) 857 708 184 22  and emailing us at support@oniros.org. Our customer service team will be happy to help you process the cancellation.

Uniros reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at the wrong price (due to technical errors), including orders that have been paid. If the order has been paid by credit card, and your credit card has been charged for the purchase, then we will make a refund according to the amount paid.

Due to the high demand for some products, some products do not always exist. For products that do not have “out of stock” information, you can still order them with an estimated delivery of 30 – 60 days (excluding public holidays).

You can see the status of orders in your account. Simply go to the “My Orders” page in the account menu option next to the cart button, the entire transaction history you have done on Uniros  will be listed in your account.

On this page, you can also specify the delivery and assembly date when the product status is ready to be shipped.

  1. Select the product you want and click “BUY”
  2. On the order details page, make sure the order is in accordance with what you ordered, click “Checkout Now” to proceed to the next step.
  3. You will be redirected to the “Create Account Now” page if you are a new customer. For registered customers, all you have to do is log in to your account.
  4. In this step you will be asked to complete the shipping address and active mobile number and WhatsApp. Please enter the delivery address with details and click “Continue to Payment”
  5. Select a payment method, then click “Confirm” to complete the Order
  6. After the order process is complete, you will get an order confirmation
