Terms and Conditions Regarding Promotion
  • Any promo held by a oniros.org including a discount voucher, its use can only be used once and cannot be combined with other vouchers or promos. Discount vouchers indicated nominal withholding rates cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Each promo is only valid in one transaction with the same customer name and destination address. Promo is not valid if the purchase is made with the same customer name and/or destination address but is separated into more than 1 (one) transaction before the ordered goods arrive at the delivery address in advance.
  • Fabelio.com has the right to cancel the transaction process if the voucher is invalid or deemed not in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

How to Redeem Voucher Through Website

  • Visit http://fabelio.com and log in at the top right.
  • Find the furniture you want to buy, click “Buy Now”.
  • Click “Shopping Cart” and “Go to Checkout”.
  • In the Order Review section, enter the Voucher Code, then click “Use”.
  • Make the payment process until it is complete.
Price Details Including Applicable Tax Conditions

All prices stated on our website include VAT. You will not be charged extra for VAT.

We always strive to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions on our website are always accurate. If we find an error in the price of the product you ordered, we will justify it and notify you.

The price stated is in Indonesian Rupiah.
You are exempt from all shipping and return charges.

Delivery Process

Selection of the fastest ready stock product delivery date 2 days to 30 days after the goods are ready to be shipped. For non ready stock products will be done following the estimated delivery time given. Delivery to Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Solo areas is only done on Tuesdays to Sundays, excluding public holidays.

Confirmation of the delivery date of your goods will be done via Whatsapp, if We do not get a reply for 2 days then our Customer Service team will confirm via Phone to the registered number, If there is no confirmation exceeding 30 days in accordance with point a, we will send a confirmation email for delivery and will cancel if within 1×24 hours do not get a reply, for the order number that has been made payment will be refunded to the Store Credit.

If you are suddenly required to be somewhere else at the promised delivery time, then you are requested to contact our customer service team immediately so that a new delivery schedule can be made immediately. Rescheduling delivery can only be 3 days before delivery/after failed delivery up to 30 days later

If there is no re-confirmation within a maximum period of 1 (one) week including Saturday and Sunday, then the product you ordered will be prioritized for other customers. Furthermore, your order will be converted into store credit if payment is made by NON Cash On Delivery method. Changes in delivery time may occur at any time based on the availability or stock of the related product.

Assembly Process
  • The process of shipping and assembling products is carried out on different days.
  • For certain products that require an assembly process, our team will come to your home a maximum of 7 (seven) days after the product you receive.
  • The assembly process is carried out on Tuesdays to Sundays.
  • Assembly is done only for Jabodetabek area, Bandung, Semarang, Serang, Yogyakarta.
  • For areas in accordance with point 4 warranty does not apply if the product is assembled by the customer.
Store Credits

Once you have made a product return, you will get a Store Credit that you can use to purchase any product on your Fabelio.com.

Store credit means you’ll receive a balance that will be worth the same as the total return product you paid. You can use store credit to buy any product on Fabelio.com. If your order exceeds the amount of store credit that has been given to you, then you just have to pay for the difference. If your total order is less than the store’s credit, then you will get a new coupon code from the difference and you can use it for future orders.

The store credit will be valid for 6 months after it is issued exclusively to you

Store credits cannot be combined with any promo

Returns, Redemptions and Warranties

Although we at oniros.org strongly believe that all products sold by the Seller on the website are made of the highest quality, we will not be liable or indemnified for any damage to our products caused by the actions of others other than us. Warranty in any form does not apply to shipments outside Jabodetabek and Bandung areas. If there is a defect or error in the product received for delivery outside the Shipping Area Fabelio.com, then for the expedition fee is charged by the customer.

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for Fabelio.com, so we provide free delivery and return services in cooperation with logistics partners and Sellers.

In general, if the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase for reasons other than damage, defects, or errors in processing originating from the Seller, the Customer may return the product without restocking costs, with the following terms and conditions:

Product return requests are made a maximum of 30 business days after the product is received by the customer, along with a previously repaid amount of cash.

The product must be in original condition and primed. Our team will conduct an analysis first to state that the product is worth returning.

A 100% cash refund can be made if the customer’s order has not been processed by our Seller. This can take about 3 – 10 business days until the funds go into the customer’s bank account.

A 100% refund in the form of store credit can be made if the customer cancels the order or returns the product when the product has reached the delivery address up to a maximum of 30 days after the product is received by the customer.

For Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Palembang, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, and Semarang areas, shipping costs for returning goods are borne by customers

Product Photo Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that the products sold on the website are similar to the photos found on the website. However, manual workmanship and the use of materials from natural materials can cause results that vary from the shape of the surface and the color of the wood, this makes each product more unique and has its own characteristics. We do our best to accurately display photos on websites similar to the original product. However, the colors you see on our website will depend on your display screen, so we cannot guarantee that the display on your screen can represent the color of our products 100% accurately.

Product Damage

All Sellers in oniros.org have a warranty for all products available on the website because we believe that the products on our website are made of high quality materials. We will coordinate with our Selller to process the return of the product if the product you purchased is damaged with the following terms and conditions:

Be sure to check the condition of the purchased product at the time of receiving your order. Our logistics partner will ask you to fill out a checklist of what details to consider in order to ensure the condition of the goods is in perfect condition before you sign the receipt of the product you ordered.

If you notice any damage to the product then you are requested to refuse receipt of your order product and make sure you inform our logistics partner immediately.

If the damage occurs after you receive the item and within a maximum period of 6 months, immediately take 1 photo in the damage area and 1 photo showing the product as a whole. After that you can report it through the “RETURN” form available on our website by attaching 2 photos or can directly contact our customer service team by email to hello@fabelio.com.

If you have received a damaged product that can be repaired with spare parts, but you still choose to return the product, then a refund will be made in the form of store credit. This can only be done 30 days since the product is received by the customer.


oniros.org will not take responsibility for lost, damaged and personal injuries (caused by customers after the product is received) experienced by customers or third parties. Fabelio.com also assume responsibility for any problems that may be experienced by you or any third party directly or indirectly incurred when you access and use our website. We will never release or provide your information to other third parties.

Payment Process
  • Customers who choose a Credit Card payment method are required to use a privately owned Credit Card. We will not be liable for Any Credit Card fraud.
  • For Surabaya, Medan, Makassar, Palembang, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, and Semarang, cash on delivery (COD) and Adira payment methods are not available.
Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website is owned by Fabelio.com and/or its licensor and is protected by copyright law. You may not use the content of our website without the written consent of oniros.org.

All protected content is text, graphic design, icon buttons, images, photos, logos, campaign titles, digital downloads and audio clips are the property of oniros.org. Copyright protects all such content.

You can store, display and print content available only for your personal use. You are not permitted to manipulate, distribute, publish, reproduce in any format.

If you print and re-copy part of our website, you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are violated, then your right to use our website will be terminated immediately and you must destroy or return a copy of the material you created.
